What is the relationship between KBS and your factory?
KBS is our own brand, showcasing our factory’s quality and expertise. We produce both KBS paddles and custom paddles for other brands.
Where is your factory located?
Our pickleball paddle factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
Do you provide custom paddles?
Yes. We provide full customization, including core, face material, handle, logo, and packaging.
What can I customize?
Core type and thickness / Paddle face material / Handle design / Logo and graphics / Packaging
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts from 50 paddles per design. You can also start with 1 custom sample before placing a bulk order.
Can you help with USA Pickleball certification?
Yes. We support OEM brands with pre-certification consultation and documentation for USA Pickleball compliance.
How long does it take to produce?
Samples: 7–15 days
Mass production: 25–35 days
Time depends on quantity and design.
What paddle shapes can you manufacture?
We support standard, elongated, widebody, and custom shapes for both paddle head and handle. CAD drawings are welcome.
Will the paddle delaminate or crack?
No. Our paddles are manufactured using hot-press or compression molding, with strong bonding between layers and edge guards to prevent delamination.
What are the benefits of carbon fiber pickleball paddles?
Carbon fiber paddles offer excellent power, control, and spin. They are lightweight, stiff, and more durable than wood or fiberglass. The textured surface helps generate spin and precision shots.
What’s the difference between carbon fiber and fiberglass paddles?
Carbon fiber paddles are stiffer, more durable, and offer better control and spin. Fiberglass paddles are softer, provide more pop, but are less durable.
How long do carbon fiber pickleball paddles last?
Most carbon fiber paddles last 12–24 months under regular play. Proper storage, cleaning, and avoiding edge damage will extend their lifespan.
What surface textures do you offer?
Options include raw carbon (for spin), matte or glossy finishes, 3K twill, 12K weave, and printed graphics.
