Order Processing

• In-Stock Items: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items may take up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Tracking details are also available on your order page.

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier, and local customs processing.
• Estimated delivery times will be provided where possible, but may be affected by unforeseen delays.

Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or lost parcels.
• We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Additional Information

• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery is beyond our control, but we will assist whenever possible if issues arise.
